Welcome to the home of Jiulong Baguazhang in London, England, UK. Here you can come and learn this unique system of health and self-defense.
Jiulong Baguazhang translates as: Nine Dragon Eight Trigram Palm.
The system was created by professional bodyguards over 400 years ago in China and has been tested in real combat.
It is not a tournament fighting art, so there are no competitions to win or belts to earn.
While it is good to have an ancient lineage, the real question is: Will these methods work for you? Only you can find the answer to these questions and you are welcome to attend a class in which to start looking.
